
All publicly offered training classes are currently being presented in our new facility at 11720 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, Virginia. Our training room is located on the 2nd Floor. Turn to the right as you exit the elevator.
Links to driving directions and local hotels are posted on the On-Site Training Locations tab. Our location is served by several public transit bus routes which also connect to the Metro.
All training classes are scheduled to begin promptly at 8:30 AM and conclude at approximately 4:00 PM, with an hour off for lunch. Several short (10 minute) breaks during the day will be provided for checking phone messages, etc. The training room will open at 8:00 AM and coffee will be provided.
In season, should the Fairfax County, VA public school system be closed for snow or another inclement weather event, our training facility will be closed and the affected classes re-scheduled. Listen to WTOP FM-103.5 for school closure announcements.
Course 101
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s web-based solution. Participants will receive an overview of project management concepts, assign resources, view and approve timesheets, adjust the project plan to account for schedule delays and over allocated resources, and analyze portfolios. Participants also will customize the Personal Workspace - their "homepage" - and use the Project Workspace to collaborate with team members, manage documents, and initiate a project request. This three-day course includes lesson reviews and workshops to reinforce course material.

Course 102
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server based solution Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Additional audiences: Existing project management module users. Existing P3e/c, Enterprise, and TeamPlay users.

Course 106-A
This two-day course provides in-depth training for those selected for administering the Enterprise Tool Suite and implementation core team members needing to know how to set up the infrastructure necessary to support the installation of the software.
Course Level: Advanced
Prerequisite: Completion of Course 102
Targeted role: Tool Administrators
Additional audiences: Implementation core team members

Course 106-P
This two-day course provides in-depth project management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the basic course (102), the 106-P course covers advanced subjects such as earned value analysis; updating baselines; and top-down budgeting. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.

Targeted role: Project Schedulers, Program Managers, Project Managers
Additional audiences: Existing project management module users. Existing P3e/c, Enterprise, and TeamPlay users.

Course 106-R
This two-day course provides in-depth resource management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the basic course (102), the 106-R course covers advanced topics in managing resource allocation, future-period bucket planning and resource leveling. Extended workshops at the end of each day provide an opportunity to apply new skills and functionality.
